There are some international statistics on incidences on lymphoedema ranging from 20-50% depending on when they were picked up. But Lymphoedema remains a risk for patients who has Lymph nodes removed, and radiation more than the others, since it is a known risk, why are we not looking at prevention? We at Masso Institute believe in this and we want you to stop looking over your shoulder. If you had cancer related treatment or any form of infections, accidents or trauma that involved your lymph structure, we can provide screening, risk assessment, awareness through education and self care coaching so that you know when you should look for help if anything pops up and who you can turn to and how you can manage it while you wait for your appointments to happen.

We will measure you, scan your affected area and teach you effective strategies and bring you along to further investigations with our Vascular and Lymphoedema surgeons we work with if we feel something is off as your expert carer and will map out a thorough treatment plan and options together.

You can come to use as soon as post operatively discharged and you can travel to our premise, the earlier the better, once the post op oedema is managed, you will free the lymph transport for the next treatment phase and cope better.

Compression garments are a tricky business. They are not ordinary garments and if you have lymphatic transportation compromised you may not recover the damage if it went wrongly. Here at Masso Institute we do not offer sales of garments through our online portal or retail pick up.
