First, a quick notice about health and safety…

As the local COVID situation eases, and Singapore steps down its DORSCON level to green, we’ve adjusted our requirements slightly:

• We ask that patients, family members, and caregivers please continue to keep their mask on at all times on our premises. As we have many patients who have compromised immune systems, this helps to keep us all safe, and reduce the risk of transmission from COVID and other viruses.

• Please do not visit if you are sick with a cough, fever, flu, sore throat, or other infection; it is contraindicated for your treatment. In other words, it is not advisable for you to receive your treatment at Masso Institute when you are sick from an additional infection. This puts a greater strain on your body (and ours too!). When in doubt, always postpone for a few days.

Your First Appointment…

If this is your first time, welcome! Please read through the information below to prepare for your visit:

For your first lymphoedema consultation and/or treatment, you will need to bring your medical history, referral letter, and any compression garments or bandages you've been using so far. You'll complete a new intake form, followed by a consultation and measurement session with one of our therapists before proceeding with your treatment session. We'll go over a treatment plan according to your chronic swelling presentation, and discuss a prescription for the number and frequency of repeat sessions at the clinic. Lastly, we'll provide recommendations for home care follow-up to keep your healing and recovery progressing between appointments.
